How long does shipping take for paint and wallpaper?

Standard delivery typically takes 2-3 working days. For custom-mixed paints, please allow an additional 24 hours for processing before dispatch.

Can I return a custom-mixed paint order?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on paints that have been tinted to a specific color code unless the product is faulty. We highly recommend ordering a tester pot first.

Do you offer samples for wallpaper and fabrics?

Yes, A4-sized wallpaper samples are available for most designs to help you check the color and texture in your own lighting before committing to a full roll.

What should I do if my items arrive damaged?

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If any items are damaged, contact our customer service team within 48 hours with photographic evidence so we can arrange a replacement.

Is it possible to track my delivery?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link from our courier partner to monitor your package's progress.
