HB42 PS3 Primer is an easy application and odour blocker which is ideal for use on wooden trims. It is oil-based and great for blocking out water marks, smoke damage and nicotine stains with ease.

Suitable for use on interior & exterior surfaces it can be applied with either brush, roller or sprayers. Other suitable surfaces include plaster, wood, concrete and painted surfaces. 

Dry in 1-2 hours and suitable for recoating in 2 hours meaning you can complete your project within a day.
