At Decorating Centre Online, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home transformation, which is why we offer a 28-day return policy on all non-bespoke items. Please note that custom-mixed paints and wallpaper samples are non-refundable as they are created specifically to your order specifications.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unopened, in their original packaging, and were not custom-mixed or personalized. Returns must be initiated within 28 days of the original delivery date.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package your products to prevent damage during transit, including your original delivery note or a piece of paper with your order number and contact details inside the box.

• 3.
  Arrange Shipping

  Send your parcel via a tracked courier service to our returns department; we recommend keeping your proof of postage until your refund has been fully processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 working days, excluding original delivery charges.
